Senior Quantity Surveyor

ABOUT THE COMPANY Cityscape is working in partnership with a renowned independent construction consultancy to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London team. This role is ideal for an ambitious cost manager who thrives in a client-facing, leadership position and enjoys delivering high-quality projects across the residential, commercial & mixed-use sectors. You’ll be joining a consultancy that has built a strong reputation for delivering innovative, value-led cost solutions and maintaining long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering key projects and support with managing junior surveyors in the team. ABOUT THE ROLE Your responsibilities will include: * Leading the delivery of cost management services through all project stages. * Preparing feasibility studies, cost plans, and tender documentation. * Managing procurement processes and contract administration under JCT and NEC. * Providing strategic commercial advice and ensuring robust cost control. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and project teams. * Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors within the team. REQUIREMENTS * MRICS qualified with 4+ years’ consultancy experience. * Strong background delivering projects in the Residential, Commercial or Mixed-Use sectors. * Excellent understanding of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration. * Confident in client-facing roles with strong communication and leadership skills. * Ambitious, proactive, and looking to progress within a forward-thinking consultancy.
